Phase 1: The first phase will update the look of the portal to match the updated front-facing web redesign. The functionality and all back-end processes would remain the same. Our understanding is that Marana will handle the postal rate changes to the database in January.
Phase 2: This phase will incorporate the new Marana database system into the updated portal design created in Phase 1. Our work will include creating the interface between the portal and the new database system. The estimate for this portion will be determined after the system is complete and we can determine the best solution for creating the interface.
